Curriculum vitae

Dr. Felix Bartzsch was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and moved to Germany in 1992. He graduated from medical school (University Witten/Herdecke, Germany) in 1998 and worked at the Marien Hospital Witten until 2013, at last as leading senior physician. There he gathered comprehensive experience in the area of general gynaecology, gynaecological oncology, urogynaecology and obstetrics, obtaining his specialization in gynaecology and obstetrics, as well as gynaecological oncology.

2013 Dr. Felix Bartzsch became chief physician of the department of gynaecology and gynaecological oncology of the hospital Klinik Hallerwiese in Nuremberg.

Searching for a new challenge, he moved in march 2016 to Portugal working as an autonomous physician at the Hospital Particular do Algarve (HPA).

His particular interests and skills lie in the diagnosis and therapy in general gynaecology, minimally invasive surgery, urogynaecology, gynaecological oncology and senology.

Apart of his native languages German and Portuguese, he speaks English and Spanish.
